We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can help.
We will be happy to accept the return for a refund, exchange or store credit of any full priced items within 7 days of receiving it. However the item will need to be sent back to us for assessment before a refund, exchange or store credit is confirmed.
To be eligible for an exchange or credit:
Items should be returned in original, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached. If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item will be sent back to you. Please make sure tags are all in original condition and attached.
Please DO NOT return items to us without contacting us first. We will not accept these returns and the items will be returned to Sender.
One Country Mouse Kids may at times have items that are out of stock. We will advise you immediately and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order or help you with an alternative product.
Here’s how to return your item:
- To request a return for a refund or exchange you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item at email@example.com
- In your email, please provide your name and order number and specify your reason for return. If the item is faulty, please outline a description of the fault and attach a photo.
- All returns are to be sent to Shop 8, 8 Yamba Street, Yamba NSW 2464.
Our customer service team will reply to you with a return address within 48 hrs.
- The item needs to be returned within 7 days of us making contact.
- The return item needs to be sent via a trackable method. Please retain your tracking number in the case of a missing parcel.
- Postage costs for sending and returning of items are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
- Our customer service team will handle exchange requests and particulars with you via email.
